Shades Off Green

This creative drink adds flair to any home bar. It is a sophisticated, layered blend that combines the botanical notes of gin with the crispness of wine and a hint of smoke.

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml Bombay Sapphire gin

  • 2.5 ml Laphroaig mist

  • 20 ml Shades of Green Mix

  • 40 ml Chenin Blanc wine

  • 30 ml soda

  • Raw mango crisp for garnish


Method:

  1. In a shaker, combine Bombay Sapphire gin, Laphroaig mist, Shades of Green mix, and Chenin Blanc.

  2. Add ice and shake to chill the ingredients.

  3. Strain into a glass and top with soda water for a light effervescence.

  4. Garnish this World Cocktail Day drink with raw mango crisp to elevate the presentation and flavour profile.
