By completing a reservation at MURO, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website.
An advance payment of ₹500 per guest is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This amount secures your table and is credited against your bill on the day of your visit.
The advance payment amount shown at checkout is the amount applicable to that reservation. MURO reserves the right to revise this amount for future bookings.
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
Cancellations made 4 hours or more before your reservation time are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your reservation time will result in the advance payment being forfeited. The same applies to no-shows.

Your table will be held for 15 minutes past your reservation time. Beyond this window, the reservation may be released and the advance payment forfeited.
Reservations are subject to a 90-minute dining window unless otherwise confirmed. We ask that your full party be present before you are seated.
Celebration packages and add-ons (cakes, floral arrangements, and the like) are charged separately and are non-refundable once confirmed, even if the reservation is later cancelled.
MURO is a family-friendly venue during daytime hours. Guests under 18 years of age are welcome for lunch and early dinner sittings.
From 7:00 PM, MURO operates as an 18+ venue. Guests under 18 will not be permitted entry after this time, regardless of reservation status. We recommend booking a daytime table for younger guests.
Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at the door to verify age. MURO reserves the right to refuse entry where age cannot be confirmed.
MURO reserves the right to refuse entry or service at its sole discretion. Dress code and conduct guidelines apply to all guests.
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to all bookings made on or after its publication date.
