Recipe:

  • 60 ml blanco tequila

  • 5 ml fresh lime juice

  • 5 ml sugar syrup

  • 20 ml grapefruit juice

  • Soda water to top

  • Grapefruit slice (to garnish)


Directions: Add the ingredients, except the grapefruit slice and soda, to a glass with ice. Stir to combine, then top with soda, and garnish with the fruit. Serve immediately. You could rim the glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into salt for added flavour.
