Muro Rings in Chinese New Year with a Special Festive À La Carte Menu


Muro India is ringing in the Chinese New Year in the most delicious way possible - with a special à la carte menu that’s here for just one magical week, January 27th to February 2nd. Think symbolism, flavor, and a whole lot of flavors on your plate.


Co-founder Niharika Raval shared that every dish on this menu is steeped in tradition. From a perfectly steamed whole fish swimming in ginger-soy broth to the sweet comfort of “Tang Yuan” sesame dessert ball.


And, of course, there are the staples we all secretly (or not-so-secretly) crave during any Chinese feast: noodles and dim sums. Plus, Muro has upped the ante with ingredients like scallops, red snapper, duck, and fresh, vibrant veggies - kale, bamboo shoots, snow peas - you name it.

For starters, Soul-soothing Sweet Corn Soup and avocado-laden dim sums that are light yet indulgent. Oh, and Chicken & Prawn Dim Sum tossed in chili sauce - it’s giving “spicy, but make it classy.”
