World Cocktail Day is around the corner and to celebrate the spirit of great drinks, Sahil Essani - Bar Manager at Muro, is sharing one of his favorite creations from the new Muro Musings 2.0 menu.


Introducing: Shades of Green

A refreshing blend of Bombay Sapphire gin, elderflower, and wild coriander, finished with a splash of prosecco. The final touch of Laphroaig mist adds a subtle smokiness, giving the drink depth and character.


Ingredients

Bombay Sapphire, prosecco, wild coriander, elderflower, Laphroaig mist


Recipe

  • Gin 20ml

  • Laphroaig 2.5ml

  • Shades of Green Mix 20ml

  • Chenin Blanc 40ml

  • Soda 30ml

  • Garnish with raw mango crisp
