You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 4 hours before your booked time. Your advance payment will be refunded in full.
To cancel, use the link in your booking confirmation or contact us at reservations@muroindia.com.
An advance payment of ₹500 per guest is collected at the time of booking. This amount is credited to your table on the day of your visit.
If cancelled within the free cancellation window, the full advance payment is returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your reservation time will result in the advance payment being forfeited. No refund will be issued.
For a no-show, where no member of your party arrives and no cancellation is sent, the advance payment is forfeited in full.
Celebration packages and add-ons confirmed at the time of booking are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation of the reservation.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of cancellation to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us at reservations@muroindia.com.
In the rare event that MURO needs to cancel a confirmed reservation, you will be notified as soon as possible and your advance payment will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days.
